Are your products vegan?

Yes. We would never produce a product that harmed animals in the making. 

What are Pout Points?

Pout Points is our VIP loyalty program. For every dollar you spend, points are earned, until you're able to redeem a free lip balm.

How can I earn free product?

$1 = 1 Pout Point. Once you reach 200 points, we'll email you a special code so you can claim your free balm! Yusss.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped on an overnight courier within 24 business hours. 

Are you a NZ business?

Sure are. We're proudly owned and operated in Canterbury. Ellie lip care products are made in Dunedin.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes - but always patch test to be sure.
